Court-Ordered Anger Management Program
Anger Management for Older Youth and Adults
Our Anger Management Program helps young people and adults charged with assault to control their tendency to use violence. They become aware of the thoughts that provoke their anger and learn to change them. They discover effective alternatives to handling anger and settling disputes. The program helps individuals overcome skills deficiencies in such areas as expressing strong feelings, interpersonal relationships, communication, resolving conflicts, and stress management. Homework is assigned at the end of each session.
